This is one of the best things you'll ever eat! Unbelievably easy to make, I pair these parmesan crusted pork chops with a buttery pecan sweet potato casserole and green beans for the perfect autumn meal. It's a balance of savory, sugary and fresh goodness that's unforgettable.

PARMESAN CRUSTED PORK CHOPS
Ingredients
Thick cut pork chops, however many
Beaten egg (I used one egg for two pork chops)
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning (I use Slap Ya Mama)
Whisk together the Parmesan cheese and cajun seasoning. Beat the egg, then drench the pork chops in the egg then the cheese & seasoning mix. Lay on a greased baking dish or a tin foil covered baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
While the pork chops are baking, I recommend making this great Buttery Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole on the side. It takes 15 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to bake at the same temperature—easy!
SERVE WITH
Freshly steamed green beans w/ light salt & pepper
Prosecco Rosé
